The wine has a greater “edge” than our other Barolos

Sangiovese was our first ‘alternative” variety planted on the estate and is extremely well suited to Rosé with naturally high acid and bright red fruits

All batches were then racked and warmed before either going into barrel or tank to undergo wild/inoculated fermentation
